Supervision Peer Learning Cohort
The Supervision Peer Learning Cohort is a dynamic program designed to enhance the skills and effectiveness of supervisors across various organizational settings.
Supervision Peer Learning Cohorts are closed groups that provide support, a place to vent, and tools to sustain your leadership.
Cohorts are limited to 10 individuals, and we meet monthly for 90-minute sessions.
Together, we're co-creating a community of practice for supervisors that is grounded in trauma-informed approaches; equity and liberation; and ensuring trust and accountability so we can meet our organizations' missions.
